From human resources utilization to manufacturing, our horizons continue to expand transnationally

SMK has a presence in 35 locations across 16 regions of the globe. It is not just our production and sales network that is transnational, it is also our human resources network.
We do not discriminate by nationality, age, or gender when it comes to recruitment. Our standard training for new employees as well as our training by class such as management training apply to all staff in all locations. Our grading system also applies worldwide. Our online meetings are held in the official languages of English, Japanese, and Chinese, which can be joined from all locations in real time. Of course, SMK staff undertake transfers or business travel to our locations around the world daily, and business meetings are always transnational too. Overseas, across borders, our horizons continue to expand transnationally.
