Message from SMK

Selection process

Entry
Please prepare your resume before applying for the job you want.
You can check here for the current vacancies.

Document screening
Screening your documents takes around two weeks. It can take longer in some cases. Your understanding is appreciated.

First interview
We will conduct the interview with you online or face-to-face. HR and the hiring division will attend.

Written tests and aptitude tests
These are taken online.

Final interview
We recommend that you have your final interview in person. If you live far away, it can also be conducted online. The interview is attended by HR, hiring division, and executives.
